• All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateways.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days within Pakistan.

• Shipping charges: PKR 299 for Lahore and PKR 349 for other countries.

• Delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
